Grannie Lynn returns to Texas

Yesterday morning my mom headed back to Texas after staying with us for nearly 5 weeks (she arrived the day after Ruby was born). I'm so glad that she made the trip and am so grateful for all of her help. Her company, helpful tips and advice has made such a difference in this whole experience! Although I was a bit tearful right after she left, I also was quite happy as she has given me so much confidence as a new mother. I know it sounds silly, but I feel like I can do this!
