Baby Boy Macnab at 19 weeks

Here is a 19 week scan picture of baby boy Macnab. I've just started feeling movements and kicks in the past 2 weeks and have developed what I believe to be a cute baby bump.

Yay for the half way point!

More fun at the beach

Beautiful Ruby pondering the waves at the beach.

A bit sleepy on the ferry ride.

Posing for a picture on the boardwalk with mama.

We got Ruby her first sno cone at the beach.

It was blue coconut flavor and she absolutely loved it.

Ruby's first trip to the beach

My mom and I took a day trip to Galveston. We rode the ferry and fed the seagulls, and took Ruby to the beach for the first time.

She loved the sand...

But did NOT like the water/waves.

So we spent most of the time playing in the sand (away from the water).

Ruby and mama

Ruby and Grannie Lynn

Ruby got to spend lots of quality time with Grannie Lynn during our visit.

I think one of Ruby's favorite things was hearing my mom's storytelling at night before bedtime.

Ruby visits the Aquarium restaurant

We took Ruby to an aquarium restaurant that was an hour or so away from my parents' house.

She got to see all kind of neat fish in their huge aquarium tanks.

I sewed her a fish patterned dress for the occasion.

My friend Heather, her daughters and her mom joined us for dinner there.

Afterwards we walked around the boardwalk area.

More visits with the Goodells

Ruby got to see my grandpa during our visit.

And my dad gave her some fun plastic fishing worms to play with.

Ruby's first fishing trip

My dad took Ruby on her first fishing trip. She got to play with earthworms...

And dip a cane pole in the water (she did seem to get what we were doing and held it in the water, watching the cork for a minute or two!)

We all caught some small perch so Ruby got an up close look at REAL fish!

And she got to see a dragonfly.

Thanks for taking us dad. I know Ruby had a good time!
