Bass Pro Shop Visit

We went to Bass Pro shop and Ruby got to watch the fish in the tank. This one looks like it is looking right at her!











She got to visit Santa there too.

Morning naptime cuddles

In the mornings I read Ruby a few books. She gets sleepy so we cuddle and she takes her morning nap. It is one of my favorite parts of the day.

Fun fun in the December sun

Monday afternoon it reached 72 degrees! It was a beautiful sunny day so we went for an afternoon walk and played in the backyard.







Daddy came and sat with us and enjoyed some afternoon tea.









Here's Ruby enjoying one of her favorite books. It features famous paintings and has ribbon, textures and fabric pieces she can touch. She loves the tulle tutus on the Degas painting.

Christmas Book Exchange Playdate

Monday we went to our playgroup and we did a children's Christmas book exchange. Afterwards I snapped several pics of Ruby in her cute polka dots.

Dinner and a Gingerbread House

Annette and Sakari invited us over for dinner Saturday night. I brought over a gingerbread house kit (I love to do gingerbread houses!) and this is our creation!

Isernhagen Christmas Party

Saturday afternoon we went to a Christmas party at Jenna and Jonathan's house.






Ruby wore her beautiful new dress from Grannie Lynn (thanks mom!).

While at the party, Ruby got to visit with her friend Thomas (they were born only a few days apart).
